James R. Davis/January 29, 1940 to September 30, 2015

Born January 29, 1940 in Tacoma, Washington, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2015, at Good Samaritan Hospital, surrounded by family.
James, better known as “Jim” is preceded in death by his wife, Mildred (Aus) Davis and a brother, Carl. Jim is survived by two daughters, Lorraine and Caroline; three grandchildren, Julieanne, Christopher and Katie; two great-grandchildren, Kael and Kinsley; and three siblings, Ester, Margaret and Jake.
Jim was a member of IUOE Local 612 and was a heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed horseback riding, hunting, fishing, gardening and listening to blue grass music. He was a kind man, always ready to help others and expected nothing in return. He will be sorely missed.
